Rate limit: 25 requests per second per workspace. Submit an email address and receive the matching person profile when one can be resolved. > [!NOTE] > > The limit is 25 requests per second per workspace. A returned profile costs 2 credits. A miss returns the JSON string `"not found"`, not an object with a status field, and is not charged. After a `429 Too Many Requests` response, retry in a later second with bounded exponential backoff. A `503` response is not charged. Retry the same email with increasing delays and a fixed retry limit; contact support if errors persist. ## Read the profile A match returns a nested person record with **camelCase** keys. The name is under `profile` (`profile.firstName`, `profile.lastName`, `profile.headline`), not at the top level. The LinkedIn URL is in `url` and `link.linkedin`, work history is `positionGroups`, and the current employer is `company` (`company.summary.name`, `company.link.domain`). Fields can be `null` or absent.
