# Find professional emails

> Find verified emails via Airscale's waterfall enrichment

**Note:** the required input to find an email is the combination of:

* First name
* Last name
* Company name **or** company domain

**OR**

* People LinkedIn URL

## 1. Select the enrichment

Click **Enrich**, then choose **Find Verified Professional Emails**.

## 2. Select the rows to enrich

Open **Selected rows** to choose all rows or a custom range.

You can find professional emails for multiple rows in one run. You do not need to click each row individually. Choose **Find professional emails**, map the required inputs, select the rows to enrich, and review the eligible row count and estimated credits before confirming.

Use either a LinkedIn profile URL or first name, last name, and company name/domain as inputs. A successful standard professional-email result costs **2 credits** and includes verification; a definitive not-found result is not charged. Do not add the standalone email-verification price to this finder price.

Finding emails is different from downloading existing results. After enrichment, use **Export** to download your table as CSV or XLSX. A paid people-search export is a separate search operation; its per-row price is not the price of finding a professional email. You do not need an API or async-export workflow merely because your table has more than 20 rows.

## 3. Run the workflow

Check the input column mappings and output column, then click **Enrich \[number] rows**.

## 4. Access the results

Once the enrichment is complete, you can see which provider returned the verified email by clicking on **"Details"**

**Note:**

**Email status indicators:**

* **Deliverable:** verification indicates the address is likely to accept email; delivery is not guaranteed
* **Not found:** no email address could be found
* **Risky:** email found but deliverability uncertain (often catch-all domains)
* **Found:** email address discovered and verified

**Deliverability classifications:**

* **Deliverable:** a positive deliverability signal, not a guarantee of delivery or permission to contact the recipient
* **Risky (Catch-All):** use with caution: this domain accepts all emails, but the specific address may be invalid
* **Not Deliverable:** remove from campaigns to protect sender reputation
