In this video, we walk through a practical Airscale workflow: scraping local businesses from Google Maps, identifying the right decision-makers inside those companies, and enriching their professional contact data.
Scrape local businesses with Google Maps
The process starts with the Find Local Businesses with Google Maps module, accessible from the Find Companies section. Configure your search by entering:- A location (e.g. New York)
- A query (e.g. real estate brokers)
- An optional result limit (up to 500 companies per table)
- Company name
- Company domain
- Company location
- Phone number
- Business type
Find decision-makers in those companies
From the table, click Enrich and navigate to the Find People category, then select Find People in Companies. Configure the enrichment with:- The company domain as input
- The job titles you want to find (e.g. Owner, CEO)
- A people location filter
Important: this enrichment returns one contact per company, prioritizing the first job title listed. If you need multiple decision-makers per company, see the alternative method below.Once complete, Airscale automatically adds several new columns: first name, last name, job title, and LinkedIn URL.
Enrich verified professional emails
With the LinkedIn URL or company domain available, you can run an email enrichment directly on the results. Emails found are automatically verified by Airscale: no additional verification tool needed, and no credits are spent when no data is found.Finding multiple job titles per company
If you need to find several roles within the same companies, use the Leads Finder module instead:- Go to the home section and open Leads Finder
- Under People attributes → Current company, select from an Airscale table and choose your existing company table
- Use the company domain as the matching field
- Add as many job titles as needed
- Preview and load the results
