In this video, we walk through the fundamentals of Airscale, from building targeted lead lists to enriching them with high-quality data in real time.

Core functionalities

Airscale is built around two main use cases:

• Building lead lists

• Enriching contacts

Unlike traditional tools, it is not a database, instead, it pulls real-time data from multiple sources such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Google Maps.

Building lists

The process starts with the Leads Finder module. By applying filters on both people and companies, you can define your targeting and preview results in real time.

Once you're satisfied, you can load up to 10,000 contacts into a table. This table already includes key information such as:

• Names

• Job titles

• Location

• Company details

• Domain

• LinkedIn profile

Data enrichment

From there, you can enrich your data directly within the platform. You simply select the rows and choose what type of enrichment you want to run:

• Emails

• Phone numbers

• People data

• Company data

• etc.

Airscale uses a waterfall enrichment logic for emails and phones, meaning multiple providers are tested automatically to maximize results. Importantly, no credits are used when no data is found.

Built-in AI feature

Airscale also includes a built-in AI feature that allows you to go further with your data. You can write prompts, select different LLMs, and optionally connect your own API key.

Depending on your setup:

• Without web access → analyze or summarize existing data

• With web access → retrieve or scrape external information

Export and integrations

Once your data is ready, you can easily export it as a CSV or send it directly to your existing tools, including CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce) and outbound platforms (Lemlist, Instantly, SmartLead).

Workspace & plans

Airscale provides a collaborative workspace where you can manage your profile, invite team members for free, and access billing.

• Scale (for higher volumes, custom plans can also be set up)

API & automation

You can generate an API key and connect Airscale to tools like Clay. This allows you to automate enrichment workflows and significantly reduce costs.
