From intent signals to personalized outreach

Find decision-makers in hiring companies, qualify them with AI, and generate personalized cold outreach messages automatically


In this video, we walk through a full prospecting workflow in Airscale: starting from a list of companies identified through intent signals, finding the right decision-makers inside them, and using AI to generate a personalized outreach message for each contact.

Identify companies based on intent signals

The workflow starts with the Find Companies module. In this example, we search for SaaS companies in the United States actively hiring salespeople: a strong signal that the company is scaling and investing in growth.

Filters applied:

  • Industry: Software development

  • Company size: 1 to 500 employees

  • Location: United States

  • Recent event: Hiring in sales department (last 60 days)

Airscale instantly builds a table of matching companies with key information included by default.

Qualify companies with AI

Before moving to the next step, use the Use AI feature to automatically check whether each company matches your Ideal Customer Profile.

To do this:

  1. Click Use AI and select the rows to process

  2. Grant web access so Airscale can search for additional context

  3. Import or write your qualification prompt

  4. Connect the prompt inputs to the correct table columns (company domain, LinkedIn URL)

  5. Run the workflow

The AI returns an outreach eligible: Yes / No output for each company. Once complete, filter out the "No" rows and delete or export them to a separate table.

Find decision-makers with Leads Finder

With a clean list of qualified companies, use the Leads Finder module to identify the right people inside those organizations.

  1. Select the previously created company table

  2. Set the company identifier (company domain)

  3. Define the job titles you are targeting (e.g. CEO, CTO, VP Sales)

  4. Preview results and load contacts to a new table

The table includes key fields by default: first name, last name, job title, company location, LinkedIn profile URL, headline, and company description.

Enrich profiles for personalization

To generate relevant outreach messages, enrich each contact with two data sources:

Get Person Profile Data Retrieves full LinkedIn profile information, including experiences, bio, and professional background.

People Post Scraper Scrapes the contact's recent LinkedIn posts, enabling outreach that references their latest activity.

Both enrichments run in parallel and populate directly into the table.

Generate personalized outreach with AI

Once the enrichments are complete:

  1. Click Use AI and select the rows

  2. Choose your language model (e.g. GPT-5 Mini)

  3. Import your outreach prompt template

  4. Connect the inputs to the profile data and LinkedIn post columns

  5. Run the workflow

Airscale generates a personalized outreach message for each decision-maker, added as a new column in your table. No web access is needed at this stage since all the relevant data has already been collected.

Enrich contact data and export

To complete the workflow:

  • Enrich the list with verified emails and phone numbers

  • Export directly to your outreach tools

When exporting to platforms like Lemlist, you can map Airscale columns to the corresponding fields: for example, setting the AI-generated message as the icebreaker in your email sequence.
