Turn hiring signals into high-quality leads

Find decision makers from hiring companies, qualify them with AI, and enrich their email data


In this video, we walk through one of the most popular workflows in Airscale: going from hiring signals to a qualified list of decision-makers ready for outreach.

Identify companies actively hiring

The process starts by using the "Find Companies Hiring for Specific Positions" module.

In this example, we search for companies hiring a Head of Sales in London, which is a strong signal that the company may be investing in sales growth.

Airscale automatically builds a table containing key information such as:

  • Company name

  • LinkedIn company URL

  • Location

  • Job description

  • Job posting URL

The LinkedIn company URL is especially important because it becomes the unique identifier used to find decision-makers in the next step.

Find decision-makers in those companies

Next, we use the Leads Finder module to identify the right contacts inside those companies.

Using the previously created company table, Airscale searches for people with specific roles, such as:

  • CEO

  • Founder

You can also apply filters like location (United Kingdom) to refine the results.

Within seconds, Airscale transforms a list of companies into a targeted list of decision-makers working at those organizations.

Enrich company data for better qualification

Before contacting those leads, it's important to ensure they match your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

To do this, Airscale enriches the data with additional company insights:

LinkedIn company enrichment

  • Retrieves detailed company information directly from LinkedIn.

Website scraping

  • Extracts the text content of company websites, providing deeper context about what the company does.

These enrichments provide the data needed to automatically qualify companies.

Use AI to qualify your ICP automatically

Airscale integrates multiple LLMs (such as Gemini 2.5 Flash) to automate lead qualification.

In this example, the AI evaluates companies based on two criteria:

  • The company sells to other businesses (B2B)

  • The company has between 10 and 500 employees

The AI processes the enriched data and returns a simple Yes/No ICP Fit score.

Companies that do not match the ICP are automatically filtered out, ensuring that only relevant prospects remain.

Enrich verified professional emails

Once the list has been cleaned and qualified, Airscale can find and verify professional emails for each decision-maker.

Emails are automatically verified, eliminating the need for additional verification tools and ensuring high deliverability for outreach campaigns.

Export the final prospect list

Finally, the qualified and enriched list can be exported directly to your tools:

  • CRM systems

  • Cold email platforms

  • Webhooks for automation

  • CSV download

This makes it easy to activate your leads immediately in your sales workflow.
