Import contacts from Hubspot

Note:

• You can only export 10,000 contacts at once

0. Prerequisites

• An active HubSpot account with CRM access

• HubSpot integration permissions (available on most HubSpot plans)

1. Click on "Import contacts from Hubspot"

2. Connect your Hubspot account to Airscale

If this is your first time connecting to HubSpot:

1. Click "Connect your HubSpot account" in the workflow panel

2. You'll be redirected to HubSpot's authorization page

3. Log into your HubSpot account if not already logged in

4. Grant permissions for Airscale to access your HubSpot CRM

5. Return to Airscale once authorization is complete

HubSpot integration permissions:

• Contact creation and updates for lead management

• Company association for account-based tracking

• Property access for data mapping and enrichment

• Pipeline visibility for lifecycle stage management

Note : HubSpot uses OAuth authentication, so you don't need to share passwords or API keys directly

3. Select a list from your Hubspot account

4. Click on "Import" to create a table

5. You can now enrich your table
